I have been meditating since 1995 and although I have over 2 decades of experience in mindfulness, I wasn't always kind to myself.  I extended compassion to those around me but found myself sending harsh words to my inner being.  Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), reminded me that I too deserve the compassion that I extend to others and gave me concrete ways to do so. I believe that compassion is an action word and being in compassion has been a life-affirming practice. 

As a trained teacher of Mindful Self Compassion, I have been sharing my journey since 2020.

I have embraced the power of self-compassion and mindfulness. It is my passion to guide others in cultivating these essential practices for a more balanced and fulfilling life.
