General Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

By entering my name and today's date below, I am indicating that I have read and I understand and I agree with the following.

• My participation in this program is entirely voluntary and I am free to withdraw at any time without penalty or prejudice.  

• If I enroll in the 8-week course, I am intending and planning to participate in the entire course (including the retreat), and engage as much as possible with the suggested home practices.

  • (Attendance is important to establish a sense of community.  Your participation at all 8 sessions and the retreat is strongly encouraged. If you think you may need to miss more than two meetings, we encourage you to register for a future course.)

  • (Certificates of attendance are provided, upon request, for anyone who attends at least 7 of 9 sessions.)

• I am responsible for my personal safety and well-being and will practice self-care throughout the program.

• I have access to a computer and am familiar with Zoom (for online course, or if in-person course needs to move to Zoom due to weather -related event).

• MSC courses are designed to help us learn in community. As such, there is a minimum/maximum enrollment.

  • If you plan to register for the course, we encourage early registration. 

  • A class may be cancelled if the number of participants is too low. (In that event, currently still enrolled registrants will be notified of  cancellation at least 7 days prior to start and will be issued a full refund)

  • We may start a waiting list once we reach the maximum limit of 16.

• Our General Refund & Cancellation Policy unless stated otherwise for a particular offering.

  • If cancelling at least 20 days prior to start of class: 90% refund (due to 3rd party processing fee of10%)

  • If cancelling at least 10 days prior to start of class: 50% refund, minus processing fee.

  • If cancelling less than 10 days prior to start of class or after start of class: no refund

  • Some exceptions can be made on compassionate grounds for extenuating circumstances. In this case, your determined refund amount will be applied to a future offering.
